Not ideal for our café’s style. We like small-batch, high-profile roasts where bean origin shines. With 120 kg batches, roast profiles tend to be more “commercial,” less delicate. Also, startup costs (gas supply, ventilation, experienced operator) are high. If you only roast small volumes or want boutique-style roasts, this machine is overkill and might compromise flavour subtlety.
